Our all-digital choice allows for a clean, fast and effective organisation. Computers are therefore our sole working tool and it is essential that it be protected since a simple interruption would run the risk of us being immobilised.

We have therefore overcome this risk via absolute security, with three types of data backups:

• digital band,
•  triple-discs remote
  
• data backup.

The advance IT security that we use allows us to guarantee backups for our customers.
We lost data in the past caused by a server that caught on fire.

Thanks to our remote backup system, we were able to resume operations immediately, without wasting time.

We use our computers for our office software, electronic contacts with our customers and also for our transaction software which allows us to manage our property for sale or for rent as well as for our Rental Management software.

So it is important for us to protect the data from computer risks of natural causes
(fire, floods, etc.), criminal causes (theft), but also from errors due to incorrect manipulations which would cause data to be lost.

In the past, we used an external hard drive for backups and after a bug, we needed to restore the data.

Since our backups were too infrequent, we were not able to recover the data that was lost. Furthermore, the solution was a constraint because we had to remember to do it constantly. Backupia is peace of mind for us since the backup is done no matter what, it's like an insurance policy

From the design stage to the final stage, including office software and accounting aspect, everything at CopyPlus involves computers.

We archive all of our files in order to allow our customers to work on old projects if they so desire. The risks that we are exposed to our lightning, fire, water damage and even vandalism.
Outsourcing our backups is therefore essential in order to guarantee our customers with archiving for their projects.

We have already lost data after one of our customers asked us to delete one of their projects.
Shortly afterwards, the customer went back on his decision, and we were able to recover his project that was still stored on the Risc servers.

Before we had Backupia, we used to back up to conventional media, but with wear and tear these sometimes became unreadable, and we weren't able to recover our data. I am now at ease and I know that whatever happens, I will be able to recover my data. I feel even more secure knowing that I can count on the very effective Hotline and that I can reach my preferred contacts at any time.

From my premises or when travelling, the Risc BOX gives me access to the file server and to the applications on my office computer. My office has become mobile. I can be reached, and am available and ready to meet the needs of my customers.

COLLABORATIVE WORK

The Risc BOX has allowed us to create a company network. Our documents are centralised on the server which allows us to share knowledge (legal information) and to work on projects together, thus saving time.

SECURITY & SAFETY

Security is not a hindrance but a component in the mobility project: The Risc BOX provides us with data confidentiality, backs up the data automatically on a remote server (allowing for recovery in the event of a problem) and defines secure areas on the server.
